Terms, privacy and returns

1. Seller

The website fullhdsport.ch is operated by Neodis Sàrl, Route de Ronquos 35, 1950 Sion (“FullHDsport”). Contact: info@fullhdsport.ch.

2. Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable, with free delivery in Switzerland. The price shown at the time of ordering applies.

3. Orders and prescription

UniClip and MultiClip are made one by one from the prescription provided by the customer. The customer guarantees that the prescription is their own, legible and up to date. FullHDsport is not liable for an unsuitable correction resulting from a wrong or outdated prescription.

The order is recorded when submitted and confirmed by e-mail once payment is received.

4. Payment

Payment is made with TWINT. Production starts only once payment is received. An order left unpaid for an unreasonable time may be cancelled.

5. Production and delivery

Since every Clip is made to measure for the requested prescription, allow 10 to 15 days for production and delivery. Shipping by Swiss Post, Switzerland only. Items without lenses (MultiFix) ship within 1 to 3 working days.

6. Warranty

Items carry a one-year warranty from delivery, proven by the delivery note. Damage from improper care or normal wear is not covered.

Check the goods on receipt and report any defect or transport damage to us without delay.

7. Returns

Return conditions, including the “satisfied or… satisfied” guarantee, are described further down this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The parties first seek an amicable solution, through a professional mediator if needed. Failing that, the courts of Sion, canton of Valais, have jurisdiction.

Data collected

To process your order: name, address, e-mail, phone (optional), order contents and your prescription (file and/or values). To answer your messages: name, e-mail and message content.

The site uses no advertising cookies or tracking. Your cart is kept only in your browser.

Prescription

Your prescription is health data. It is used only to make your lenses and is shared only with the optician who makes them. It is stored on a server in Switzerland (Infomaniak), accessible only to FullHDsport.

Retention and rights

Order data is kept as long as the law requires. You can request access, correction or deletion (within legal limits) by writing to info@fullhdsport.ch.

Conditions

Deadline: 30 days after the order (date on the delivery note). The item must be returned undamaged. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; we are not liable for damage during return transport.

Refunds are made once the item has been received and checked.

Refund as a voucher

Since every Clip is made to your prescription, it cannot be resold. We refund its value as a voucher for fullhdsport.ch: transferable, valid for 6 months, single use (any unused balance is lost).

A purchase paid with such a voucher is non-refundable.

How to return

Write to us through the contact form (subject “Return an item”) with your order number and the reason for the return.
